Hello!
I’m Jess – a current college freshman at Chapman University in Orange, California. I’m from a small town in Connecticut and decided to move 2,832 miles away to warmer weather to replace my snow boots with flip-flops. I have always loved fashion in a different way than most who would make that statement. I love how one’s style reflects their personality, background, and culture. I found it difficult to describe my personal style so I asked my friends from back home to help me out. The answers all sounded something like “comfortability but in a trendy way” which sounds like how one would describe athleisure (a trend that probably started in California). My style reflects who I am as I see myself as very relaxed which is why I love to feel comfy in what I am wearing. Anyways, I started this blog to interview other students in college about how their personal style is impacted by the things that make them, them.
